We want you to love your Saturday House purchase. If your item arrives and for some reason just isn't working, please contact us, and we will happily accept returns on all unused, undamaged product within 5 days of receipt. We will refund you for the amount of your returned product, less shipping and a 30% restock fee.
We encourage you to measure carefully and request fabric swatches before you buy to make sure you're choosing the best product for your space. If you need an extra sounding board we recommend you utilize our custom design service. Our hourly design rate is a great option if have specific concerns about your space plans and product choices. Once your purchase is confirmed, we immediately begin work making your custom product.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. We'll send you a printable UPS or Fed Ex label so that you can send your items back to us. We want to make it as easy for you as possible.
